[asterisk-ss7] Echo Cancelation with chan_ss7

Hi there,

I got another question.
We use several digium cards without hardware echo cancelation.
The software echo cancelation does not work well at the moment - especially
at
the beginning of the call. I already read the articels about echo on
voip-info.
Is there a rule of thumb or best practice how to find the correct settings
or
is it just try and error?
