[asterisk-ss7] how to install Asterisk-ss7 & libss7

For the time being, yes, that would probably be a good idea.  I think I 
may re-branch the asterisk-ss7 branch whenever the 1.4 release comes 
out though and backport the changes in trunk to the 1.4 based ss7 
branch.
