[asterisk-ss7] Problem with SS7 E1's

Hello  all
                  Iam getting this message iam unable to know what i have to
do i have used the new version of asterisk and even in old version also iam
getting the same problem

Got call progress, but call setup not active, CIC=56?!?    -- SS7 hangup
'SS7/Ts2/56' CIC=56 Cause=16 (state=7)
 can any one guide me plz
