On a bit of a side note, you've probably only got one or maybe two 
signalling link channels, right?  So you probably don't need to reserve 
a "dchan" entry on each span, just on the spans that the relevant 
signaling channels are located.

Don't mess with the spanmap/trunkgroup settings.  They are for NFAS 
PRIs.

All of this is ok, but it looks like you might have had your signalling 
link not plugged in (it was in alarm state) when asterisk was started.  
Try having it plugged in, and then starting asterisk afterwards.  If
