[asterisk-ss7] STP and ISUP Point codes

I don't know if this helps you any, but I just added an option for 
doing this with libss7 + asterisk-ss7.  You just set the defaultdpc in 
your zapata.conf to something different then what your adjpointcode 
option is set to for the link.
