[asterisk-ss7] Problem with SS7 E1's

hi,
               Im using SS7 E1's for my IVRS set up. im using 4 E1's i mean
127 channels and 1 signalling. its like in my third E1 some of the channels
are not working. The line status is idle still when i use that particular
channels no voice prompt is being playes.. please give me a valid solution
for this problem...
             im using chan_ss7 version 0.2, AXE 10 exchange
