[asterisk-ss7] Version 0.9 of chan_ss7 for asterisk released

Mr. Surrender
as it seems that it is unable to find zaptel.h & asterisk so try the make
command as:

> INCLUDE="-I<directory-containing-zaptel.h>
-I<directory-containing-asterisk>" make

hope it'll work
