[asterisk-ss7] difficulties in the installation of the libss7 & asterisk-ss7

First of all, don't use the asterisk-ss7 branch for now.  Until  
asterisk-1.4 is released, that branch is going to be out of date.  Use  
the asterisk-trunk branch instead.  This is the command to check it out  
`svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/trunk asterisk-trunk`
