[asterisk-ss7] chan_ss7 for 1.4b

Our great friend, Denis Smirnov (ds at seiros.ru) aka Mithraen was so kind to adopt
the chan_ss7 to compile and run in 1.4b ! I'm sure that I will not 
be the only, who will enjoy that! Tarball is available on the Denis ftp site: 
http://download.seiros.ru/SeirosPBX/sources/chan_ss7.tar.gz

Please note you will need to link zaptel src directory (to have it found fasthdlc.h) 
to a tarbal directory and (for me) it compiles with the command:

make clean
INCLUDE="-I/usr/src/zaptel -I/usr/src/asterisk/include" make chan_ss7.so
