[asterisk-ss7] desperate - NO ALIGNMENT

Hi all,

I've got a pretty strange problem and seem unable to fix it so far.

I've got one Digium TE410P card, with only first span connected to Dutch 
telco (KPN)

I've got latest trunks of asterisk, zaptel, libss7 from svn (had to get 
libpri aswell to get chan_zap to compile at all)

My /etc/zaptel.conf:
span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16

My /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf:
signalling = ss7
ss7type = itu
linkset = 1
pointcode = 299
adjpointcode = 110
defaultdpc = 472
cicbeginswith = 1
networkindicator=national_spare
channel = 1-15
sigchan = 16
cicbeginswith = 17
channel = 17-31

My ss7 signalling seems to be tits up for some reason. All i get from 
"ss7linktest 16" is:

Starting link 1
Link state change: IDLE -> NOTALIGNED
FSN: 127 FIB 1
BSN: 127 BIB 1
> LSSU SIO
Link state change: NOTALIGNED -> IDLE
FSN: 127 FIB 1
BSN: 127 BIB 1
> LSSU SIOS


Any help is appreciated - I'm pretty much all out of ideas :(
