[asterisk-ss7] ANSI SS7

Oh, wait, nevermind.  That's not going to work for ANSI.  ss7linktest 
defaults to ITU mode and I haven't written a way to change it.  If 
you're really feeling adventurous, you can look in ss7linktest.c and 
change the ss7 type from SS7_ITU to SS7_ANSI.  If you do that, and do a 
`make` again, it should bring it up in ANSI mode.
