[asterisk-ss7] I'll pay you to implement T1 support for chan_ss7

I am in need of T1 support in the chan_ss7 driver.

The primary developers of this driver have mentioned that they currently do
not have plans to develop this themselves but they welcome the changes.  
 
I would like to pay someone to do the development work please contact me so
we can work out a rate.
