[asterisk-ss7] Link is not working after 2 days with many calls

I have a Prbolem with my SS7-Link,

The link and many many calls are running great, but all to days i get an error:

app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'SS7' (cause 34 - Circuit/channel 
congestion)

But all CIC's are IDLE.

now i'm running an SS7 Dump and all asterisk debugs to see what happened.

Does anybody know anything about this problem?

I have running chan_ss7 V0.9 and asterisk 1.2.13
