[asterisk-ss7] libss7 seem to work upto MTP-3 layer,
but not receiving any calls

ok i re-checked & installed every thing (zaptel-trunk, libss7-trunk &
asterisk-trunk), there is no
problem except for one i.e.
Asterisk Ready.

moreover when i tried to restart the zap channels, the following happened:

it says that it is unable to open sigchan 16, but here i must tell u that
there is another server beside ours (that does'nt use asterisk), it runs all
fine on that system when we plug the same link into that system with the
signallin on 16th channel, confirming that there is no problem with the ss7
link
