you have to add a line like 
if-1 => 123.123.123.123
to the host-section in ss7.conf, "if-1" is your network-device and the
value is your ip-adress. 

also the configuration for 'xxxxxxx.com.br' is missing(you seem to use
'gentoo1' instead), take a closer look at your ss7.conf and try
to examine how it works, then you'll surely find how it should be
configured correctly.

take a look at the example files that come with chan_ss7 and the
ss7-mailinglist archives and if you still have problems, please post
your ss7.conf.
