[asterisk-ss7] ss7 bugreport

Hi Anton,

Thank you for the bug report. I would like some more details about your setup: 
your hardware, the ss7.conf and the output of "ss7 dump start somefile.raw", 
and the output on the asterisk console with debug turned on. Thank you in
