[asterisk-speech-rec] SpeechBackground is always cutting off after 3 seconds ?

Hi guys,

      I'm having an issue where SpeechBackground cuts off after just a couple of seconds, maybe three.  This happens no matter what you say, and regardless of the timeout parameter.

      I'm making a simpler dialplan to demonstrate it, and figure out what the problem is, but I thought it might be one of the new settings for tuning in lumen.conf,   and if so maybe someone has seen it and figured out the correct value ?
