<p>I originally went off of the pjsip specs, but if we can't use the network load balancing, then really it'd have to be Windows 2000 or greater Enterprise Server or Data Center Edition.</p>
<p>On the directx stuff, I haven't had a chance to check if Windows 7 or Vista have the dsound.lib file or not but PJMedia is what needed the dsound.lib file.</p>
