This page is intended to partially satisfy the goals of HYRDA-413 "Implement
automatic master/slave (active/standby) startup mode for replicated
components." The next step is to implement the documented startup sequence in
all relevant components.


I moved the State Replication page and the Replication of Configuration
Changes page beneath this new page. In addition to defining a startup sequence
for components that shows how they become activated, I added an overview of
our failover approach in general, and tried to tie the various pages related
to replication together.
