These changes add IPv4 and IPv6 tests for the TLS transport layer. They also
implement IPv6 support within the TLS transport itself.


One part I'm not particularly happy about is having to specifying a full path
to the certificate and private key file... I ended up using a relative path so
it should work on all platforms but other suggestions are welcome.
