Normally I wouldn't bother the list with something like this, but today (Saturday) Manning is offering a deal on the early access ebook version of C++ Concurrency in Action.  I've (digitally) thumbed through it, and it seems well worth the $15.  Especially for anyone who is involved with Asterisk SCF development, where both C++ and concurrency are big topics.

Some sections won't apply until we embrace C++0x (like the chapter on atomics), but much of it is either generally applicable, or compatible with boost::thread.
