I may have just fixed this problem.  At the very least, I fixed a problem with identical symptoms :-)

Re-run ./gitall-asterisk-scf.sh to pull the latest code for all of the repos.  Then:

  rm -rf build
  ./cmake/init-cmake.sh
  make -C build
