[asterisk-scf-dev] Code repository browser/review site now available

I have just enabled public access to our code repository viewer and code
review system, Crucible+Fisheye (from Atlassian). Note that we have not
had *any* time yet to learn how to use these tools effectively... so
don't be surprised if they are not configured optimally (or well at
all). In addition, if any of you have experience with them and wish to
help us decide on a workflow and other bits, feel free to provide
opinions here on this list.
