Sorry Marc this was in no sense a critisism of you but more a comment on
the need for digium to shephard the community. I think it is human
nature for even the well informed to find it easier to constructively
criticize a provisional proposal than to come up with one in the first
place. A flawed PD now followed by community discussion and further
evolution may be better than unfocussed community discussion aimed at
creating the perfect PD first time round
