I think it's good not to have a short product name for a framework. Asterisk SCF is a very good choice.

Let's create cool products with cool names on top of it. Now we just need to come up with a name for the "hydralets".
"SCFLETS" can't be pronounced properly. "Comlets", "ASCOF's"... Hmmm.
