Are they scared by all of the configuration?  I never found it much more
daunting than configuring any other part of Asterisk.  Perhaps it was
more a problem with the difficulty of acquiring a solid understanding of
how this decentralized peer-to-peer protocol worked in the first place.
That same problem will present itself here, as well.
