[hydra-dev] Wiki daily change notifications sent to this list

I've just configured the wiki to send daily page change notifications to
this list, so that team members don't have to individually subscribe to
these notifications. This means that once per day, if any changes
occurred in the commonly-visible areas of the wiki that day, an email
will be sent to this list listing the pages that were changed and the
authors of the changes. The email will *not* actually include the
changes themselves.
