c4a2e1a0c612ff1d7d6cd54858d030c1f25c56ba For Windows, disable C++11 features so that IntelliSense doesn't guide developers to use features we don't currently allow with Asterisk SCF for portability reasons. Required some boost config as well to keep Boost from trying to use those same features internally. (i.e. we're telling Boost to use it's own implementations of TR1, not the standard lib version.)
