My Telco is Oi and a link that I have with them have a strange behavior:</div>

I call to a number that not exist and the telco send me a signal 0x4 (cas answer) and I receive the group b signal 5 (here in brazil is a unallocated number) but in asterisk's master.csv file I get a answered call, so I dont know how can I diference the calls
that really is answered or not.</div>
