Hello,<div><br></div><div>I'm using asterisk 1.6.0.27 and openr2 1.3.0.</div><div>When trying to make incoming calls to asterisk to busy phones, openr2 does not send a congestion/busy tone to the PSTN. </div><div>Firstly it sends "line is free, don't charge", then it sends a clearback.</div>
