do you know how to get core dumps? I think the voip-info wiki has information about it. Recompile Asterisk without optimizations and lear to save the core dumps, that will help to find out what your problem is.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

After having upgraded to * 1.4.26.2, DAHDI 2.2.0.2 and OpenR2-1.2.0 with a Sangoma A101 1xE1 with Wanpipe 3.5.6. I have now once again learnt the lesson the hard way (dont touch a running system) and I honestly do not remember why I had to upgrade in the first place but it was something really trivial in comparison to what I have now.<br>

I now have restarts of Asterisk with Safe_Asterisk doing its job of restarting but Asterisk is not showing anything in the "full" log that would point me in the right direction as to why. This is now happening between 5 and 15 times a day (I think) because I can only see that this happens when I am monitoring the console and get disconnected from asterisk.<br>

The "full" log has no indication whatsoever of anything and shows that Asterisk is processing calls and the next thing I have are the messages of asterisk starting up and loading modules etc etc.<br>
<br>
Where can I look or how can I find out what is causing the crashes which I suspect are related to the new DAHDI/OpenR2 setup which is really the only thing that changed or is there anyone out there with the same setup that is doing something similar?<br>
