Hi guys, I hadn't wrote before because I had to change my E1 card, due to it wasn't mine. Now, I'd talk to my telco and I have outbound traffic, but only for local calls. This situation is good because MFCR2 is working, and the rest of changes I need to do, must to be done in Asterisk according to my telco specifications. I'll write a document in which I'll write how to configure OpenR2 with Telefonica in Colombia, giving all credits to Moy and users of this list for them valious help.
Why are you trying to set the category from dialplan, once you have
that already in dahdi.conf? Just pick one category and let it be the
on conf file for now. it's not a thing that needs constant changes,
specially if your are just an user from a PSTN Company.

You can see the category being set by reading the call file log.

Are you supposed to send only 2 digits as in 01 for your ANI?

And please use pastebin.com or any other pastebin available to paste
your configs/logs.

Besides all that, let's wait for their answer on refusing your calls.
