The error message happens because we start the call but don't receive<br>
a response from the other side (the telco). The next time you see the<br>
issue execute mfcr2 show channels to verify both ends are IDLE. You<br>
can also execute dahdi_tool and verify the bit pattern at both ends is<br>
1001.<br>
