I suggest, before Dial App, wait few some seconds to allow asterisk to
emulate Ring.

exten => XXX,1,Answer()
exten => XXX,n,Wait (0,5)
exten => XXX,n,Dial(SIP/XXXX,36,tTr)

r([tone]): Default: Indicate ringing to the calling party, even if

the called party isn't actually ringing. Pass no audio to the calling

party until the called channel has answered.

        tone - Indicate progress to calling party. Send audio 'tone'

        from indications.conf
