I'm having an issue installing this revision on Debian 7 64-bit systems.
Previously, I installed using this:

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install

That installed the libs in /usr/lib. But only in revision 1.3.4 the libs
are being installed in /usr/lib64, and not replacing the files in /usr/lib.

How can I tell the install script to install in /usr/lib?
