You have a bug somewhere in your configuration. Signal 0x0 is not valid to
accept the call, this should be the signal for 'Address Complete, Charge
Setup'. The letter 'M' in the log lines indicates your configuration is
used the advanced protocol file, but the Asterisk configuration you pasted
does not indicate that. You have somewhere mfcr2_advanced_protocol_file=xxx
in your chan)dahdi configuration and that's probably messing things up.
