[asterisk-r2] Mfcr2 protocol errors

Hi everybody:

Just following up this issue. We were having a lot of errors regarding the
E1 signalling. So at the end we got in place and found there was a problem
with the TLCO equipment. Cables were loose and it was making us crazy with
those disconnect and reconnect logs.

Finally we secured the cables and reported the error to the TLCO.
