Hi, not at all.
Well I couldn't explain better, because I don't reason why Telco response sending digit 9, to the sending category therefore that's the point should be answer an explain by Telco.
You should let it know to Telco, so they can analyze and check where problem come from.
Very easy to say, why after sending category to Telco request it response 9?

Can you explain me better what do you mean with "response signal 9 to  your sending Subscriber category" where you saw that on logs, in order i ask the correct informations to my telco.
