[asterisk-r2] Problems with Telco

Thanks Moises.

But I already tried it ...

I tried too:
- Timers.CAS_PERSISTENT in r2proto
- MFCR2.AllowCollect in Chan_dahdi
- MFCR2.Charge Calls in Chan_dahdi
- Remove echo cancelation

But any options worked.

And, If I put one PBX by Siemens connected with Telco ... it work.

How it is possibile?
