Olá
Ajuda se você postar em um idioma mais universal.
Por outro lado, seria mais claro para fornecer mais detalhes sobre quando o problema ocorre (plano de discagem ou um detalhe sobre a chamada eu que acontece durante o curso) dentro de log indica que o lançamento tem sido desde o início da chamada com causa normal, durante o aborto ou o número discado está suspenso.

Caso alguém puder ajudar..
O fato ocorre aleatório e não tem jeito de resolver...acontece ligando pra qualquer número.
