[asterisk-r2] CANTV DTMF/R2 hibrid E1

Confirmo que el parche funciona correctamente para CANTV R2-DTMF (muchas gracias).

El repo Elastix beta que contiene Asterisk 11.5.0 ya lo tiene aplicado por lo que simplemente con realizar este update (yum update) funciona inmediatamente.

Después de 8 años implementando R2-R2 podemos decir que este tema quedó resuelto.

I confirm the patch is working correctly for CANTV R2-DTMF (thank you!!)

The Elastix beta repo (2.4.0) that contains Asterisk 1.5.0 already is patched, so a simple update (yum update) will do the trick.

After 8 years implementing R2-R2 we can now say this issue has been fixed.
