One or two times a day, I get this message:

[2012-05-22 16:06:57] ERROR[18792] chan_dahdi.c: Chan 36 - Protocol error. Reason = Seize Timeout, R2 State = Clear Forward Transmitted, MF state = MF Engine Off, MF Group = Forward MF init, CAS = 0x00

[2012-05-22 16:06:57] ERROR[18792] chan_dahdi.c: MFC/R2 protocol error on chan 36: Seize Timeout

After this the channel, at this case 36, cannot dial until I restart asterisk.

Every time i try dial to this channel i get:

[2012-05-22 16:07:00] ERROR[16337] chan_dahdi.c: Chan 36 - Trying to dial out in a non-idle channel (cas=0x00)

What I can do?

What Asterisk version do you have?

The real problem is the other end is not responding to the Seize signal and openr2 times out. However, in some Asterisk versions there use to be a problem where the line would stay seized and not return to idle after this timeout. I remember fixing that problem long time ago, so I need to see your openr2 and Asterisk versions.
