[asterisk-r2] best asterisk version for openr2

basically, the main bug in my server was producing a dead lock, the problem
was generated by timing source,in particular, with timerf, the solution in
modules.conf, noload => res_timing_timerfd.so now use dahdi timing  and
working perfectly
