It seems if change DNIS length from 4 to 6, is my understanding correct? DNIS send to Asterisk is 245121, but only assume 2451 as DNIS.
By the way it strange but if you prefom reload chan_dahdi.so it will indicated warning message as these one:

WARNING[2608]: chan_dahdi.c:18119 process_dahdi: Ignoring any changes to 'mfcr2_max_dnis' (on reload) at line yyyy..

It you displayed other message too,  I found these mesage is associated when you set #include dahdi-channels.conf , unfortunately I can't  said which is solution may be Moises or Digium, they can provide more information.

log is written according to mfcr2_logdir= defalut is span1 and files with trace dump should be at  /var/log/asterisk/mfxr2/span1

It will help you if you can provide more details as E1 trace log information, just needed to enable:
For your references for capture information you have to set onto chan_dahdi.conf (mfcr2_logdir= , mfcr2_call_files= ,mfcr2_logging=all).
If you check log file recorder on mfcr2_logdir you will see if system is processing dnis 6 or 4 digits.
