[asterisk-r2] E1 DTMF-R2 Venezuela

Saludos,

Actualmente estoy configurando un E1 DTMF-R2 en Venezuela y las llamadas
salientes con DTMF funcionan perfectamente. Sin embargo, en las entrantes
recibo el log siguiente:

Estoy usando:
Asterisk 1.4.39.1
OpenR2 1.3.2
dahdi-2.3.0.1-3

La configuración utilizada es:

System.conf:

span=2,2,0,cas,hdb3
cas=32-46:1101
#dchan=47
cas=48-62:1101

Chan_dahdi.conf:

context=from-pstn
group=2
signalling=mfcr2
mfcr2_variant=ve
mfcr2_get_ani_first=yes
mfcr2_immediate_accept=yes
mfcr2_max_ani=10
mfcr2_max_dnis=4
channel => 32-46

Intente cambiando el get ani first y el inmediate accept sin éxito alguno.
Es sumamente curioso que no este recibiendo ANI o DNIS y no se porque puede
ser causado. Mi Proveedor me dice que no se los estoy pidiendo, aunque no
se muy bien como debería hacerlo.
