[asterisk-r2] Configuration Spec for Thailand

i'm use digium card

i'm talked with telco then they said his side working fine

before this i ever call out and see error SEIZE TIME OUT on my server

maybe Telco will ignore for error from my server becase 1 Line on PABX still
working

and no one knows the old config on PABX server

sorry i'm newbie for MFC/R2 i ever config ISDN only
