[asterisk-r2] pueden funcionar libpri y openr2 al mismo tiempo??

It should be relatively straight-forward. Be sure your T1 card is configured
in T1 mode for the CB24 port. Your zaptel.conf/system.conf would then add an
entry for the CB24FXS that looks like
span=2,0,0,esf,b8zs
fxoks=33-56
The above assumes the CB24FXS is on span 2.
You would add something like this do your zapata.conf/chan_dahdi.conf
signalling = fxo_ks
channel => 33-56
You would naturally need to set the proper context= etc lines to fit your
dialplan.
