Maxi, fijate que tenes que configurar en /etc/dahdi/system.conf

span=1,0,0,cas,hdb3
cas=1-15:1101
cas=17-31:1101
echocanceller=mg2,1-15,17-31

Otra cosa, te recomiendo sacar el " mfcr2_logging=all" ya que escribe todo
el protocolo y si tenes muchas llamadas simultaneas pone mas lento el
sistema sin sentido.
