[asterisk-r2] Venezuelan R2/DTMF call release

Hi,

we've already configured several asterisk servers with libopenr2 1.3 and
1.3.1 against Venezuelan Cantv with R2/DTMF signalling. We noticed that
when the remote end releases the call, Cantv sends a fast busy tone for
about 15-20 seconds and only after that it sends the appropiate bits to
seize the call.

Would it be possible to use something like "busydetect" with an R2
channel to seize the call when Cantv sends the fast busy signal?
