Thanks for your answer Moises.

Yesterday I did the upgrade but nothing changed.  Calls were dropped in 
the same way.
Then I installed a single span digium card in this server, and the 
problem was fixed.  So the problem is in the redfone equipment.

I wrote to support service and they told me that they need to change 
something in the equipment, I hope they fix it.
